Chapman Enterprises is a privately owned family business based in Ballito. We have been in the building business since 1995 and have developed a reputation for producing top quality workmanship, on time and within budget.

Our business is run from an efficient office which is located in Ballito. We are equipped to tackle everything from alterations and renovations to large high quality “turnkey” projects comprising many units, we also have a maintenance division that tackles general maintenance, waterproofing and general repairs.

We are able to do both building and civil works. We are in the process of completing the project management and construction of the very successful 140 unit Wakenshaw Estate Development in Ballito.
